It can be said that it is the project of a whole professional life. Consists of occupying an entire mountainside "making a virtue of necessity”.
The different projects he carries out are carried out at different times, with different orientations, for different clients. Trying to create a harmonious and continuous landscape, combining different neighborhood units that have to coexist.
It is a hillside construction with a slope of 60%. Being a risky project, technologically, legislatively and economically.
Apartments are made, in the form of grids with terraces based on different units (initially 5.4 x 4.8 m) that change in the different projects from smaller to larger space, by means of different combinatorial rules that recede on the hillside, in a staggered manner.
The Project includes: vegetation, private and public gardens, terrace, patio and interior gardens, swimming pools and privileged views of the port and the city of Kobe, owning likewise numerous, roads, routes and internal trails.
